Exchange or return products
Still not satisfied with your product? Or is it broken? That's annoying. And we will do something about it, promise. After all, you can expect something from us. We are happy to show you how we do that.

Upon receipt it is important to check the order for quantity, content and damage. Although AKSA Home makes every effort not to make mistakes, it is possible that a shipped order is delivered incorrectly, damaged or incomplete. If this occurs, we will ask you to contact us within seven days to record with us.

The exchange or return can be done quickly and easily in the following 3 steps:

1. Send an email to within 14 days of receiving your order in which you indicate that you want to exchange or return one or more products.

3. Deliver your package to the carrier of your choice. After we have received your return at our warehouse, we will process your return within 10 working days. Our returns department will keep you informed by e-mail.

Postage costs
If an error has occurred during the delivery (damaged / incorrectly delivered products), AKSA Home will pay the shipping costs. In all other cases, the shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
